Los Angeles Rams Atlanta reviews
Kinks to work out
The SoFi stadium is a nice venue and the game was fun to watch. The traffic and parking situation was terrible. We arrived at the offsite parking location that we had paid for and reserved a spot one hour and fifteen minutes before the game started and there were no spots left. The guy working the parking lot waited until you pulled in to tell people which made everyone go to the top of the parking garage to turn around instead of stopping them from entering...what?! Next stop was a different parking garage with available space which was fine. Then they only had 2 shuttle buses running with each one taking more than an hour round trip with many hundreds of people waiting for a shuttle. So after a 1 hour wait for a shuttle there was no dedicated lane for shuttles so we were in completely stopped traffic for more than 30 minutes when the entire busload of people who had waited 1 hour for a shuttle asked to get off and walk to the stadium. Every bus that we passed was empty as it appears everyone else got off to walk. Bottom line is that it took us over 2 hours to get inside the stadium upon arrival at the parking location. Unacceptable!
Place looks amazing, But…
Place looks impressive, however some aspects leave something to de desired.
-Video screen is amazing
-Sight lines from levels 1-4 are great
-The actual seats themselves are terrible, they’re uncomfortable and if 1 person in the row moves, shakes, or rocks the whole row does as well.
-Drink options are good and plentiful
-Food options are awful and lines are long
I went to the Rams v Cardinals on Sunday and getting in the stadium was a breeze, then I went again on MNF, Chargers v Raiders and getting in was a nightmare 90 min packed in like sardines, in the rain, thankfully the game started 40 min late or we would have missed the entire 1st quarter. Not to mention getting out of the parking lot is a disaster as well. Overall I’m glad I went and saw it, it’s doubtful I will return.
